The Jewel Box is a greenhouse in Forest Park, St. Louis and truly looks like something from a fairy tale. Known for its art deco style architecture and impressive floral displays, The Jewel Box is one of the most stunning venues here in St. Louis. With it’s high glass ceilings, a lily pond, and of course the abundance of indoor greenery, it’s a space that’s sure to wow your guests. Outside it is surrounded by manicured gardens and jaw-dropping architecture. It’s definitely a gem here in St. Louis and events here are sure to be breathtaking, no matter what!

Jewel Box Wedding

The Jewel Box is available for wedding ceremonies in 1 1/2 hour increments on Fridays through Sundays, and receptions from 5 pm to 10 pm on Sunday through Thursday, and 6 pm to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. It has a max capacity of 250 people for a ceremony, and for receptions with a dance floor the capacity is 140. With the rental fee, there are 10 60″ round tables and 250 chairs included. Details of Hosting a Wedding at the Jewel Box

There’s some key things to note about having your wedding at the Jewel Box. Here is some information to keep in mind!

Setup – All equipment setup and takedown must be within rental time, with additional equipment rented privately; storage is not allowed, and all event activities must fit within the rental period.
Decorating – Candles are allowed in enclosed glass, but no nails, screws, tape, or tacks may be used on walls, doors, or ceilings.
Catering – Only authorized caterers may be used, and they are responsible for table and chair setup.
Cleanup – Cleanup must be completed within the rental time, including trash disposal, table and chair cleaning, and sweeping/mopping floors.
